Cooking Intructions

Please use this just as a guide, as ovens vary. Cook from frozen: Preheat oven to 200° / fan asst 180° / Gas Mark 6. Remove lids from foil containers, place container(s) on central oven shelf & cook for 45 minutes. Check that food is piping hot and extend cooking time if necessary. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Please allow longer time for larger portions. If item is defrosted consume within in 48 hours and reduce oven times.
