Cooking Intructions

Please use this just as a guide as all ovens vary. Cook from frozen: Preheat oven to 200° / fan asst 180° / Gas Mark 6, Remove lids from foil containers, place containers on a baking tray in the middle of your oven & cook for 45 minutes. Check that food is piping hot and extend time if necessary. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving. Please allow longer time for larger portions. If item is defrosted consume within in 48 hours and reduce oven times.
