Description
We’ve used this fantastic hot sauce in and on Hood dishes for years and we love it! A Louisiana-style hot sauce made by ageing scotch bonnet chilli peppers in salt, for a more subtle alternative to Tabasco, whilst still packing a spicy punch. Great dashed on seafood (and especially good with oysters), added to stews and soups and perfect in a Bloody Mary!
